Methi (fenugreek leaves) adds that unmistakable butter chicken note to this deliciously creamy cooking sauce.
Inspired by our travels to India, we use Kashmiri chilli for its mild heat and vibrant flavour.
Perfect for creating a traditional butter chicken, to coat paneer before cooking or used as a base sauce for chickpea curry.
