Your one-stop flavour drop. Fruity and hot. No messing around. It’s hot, but not too hot, garlicky but not too garlicky and the perfect consistency for pouring over just about anything. 

The first bottles of Original Hot Sauce were crafted in James and Pam's kitchen many moons ago. They had wanted to create a banging hot sauce that would go on everything, that didn't contain anything artificial.

Sauce Shop Original Hot Sauce only contains four ingredients... Jalapenos, vinegar, salt and garlic. Nothing but flavour here, with no starches or gums in sight.

We barrel age our Jalapenos to get that complex fruity flavour that makes our Original Hot Sauce so tasty. Lacto-fermenting our chillies (the same process used to make sauerkraut) gives an amazing depth of flavour that other hot sauces just don't have.

It's the perfect "pour-on" for fajitas, tacos, enchiladas and burritos or added to a grilled cheese sandwich.

Storage information

Supplied with more than 12 months shelf life. Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
