Our Habanero Hot Sauce is inspired by trips to the Caribbean. We've captured the intense fruity flavour of the Habanero peppers and paired it with sweet mango.
We barrel age our Habanero peppers for that signature Sauce Shop depth of flavour. Lacto-fermenting chillies bring out complex floral notes, which blend perfectly with juicy ripe mangoes.
Perfect for taco night and is the perfect accompaniment to meat, fish or veggie options. A favourite pizza dipping sauce for those with a good heat tolerance. AND amazing with jerk chicken.

Ingredients: White Grape Vinegar, Mango (34%), Aged Habanero (14%), Garlic, Salt.
Nutrition per 100ml: Energy 30kcal / 127kJ Fat 0.2g (of which saturates 0.0g), Carbohydrate 6.5g (of which sugars 5.9g), Protein 1.0g, Salt 2.58g.
Storage information
Supplied with more than 12 months shelf life. Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
