For this one, we’ve gone all out tropical which is why we’ve used barrel-aged habaneros – the perfect chilli to pair with tropical fruit. We’ve also crammed it with as much pineapple as we think a hot sauce could handle. Classic sweet habanero heat, and juicy pineapple. It’s a match made in sauce heaven.

We barrel age our Habanero peppers for that signature Sauce Shop depth of flavour. Lacto-fermenting chillies bring out complex floral notes, which blend perfectly with juicy pineapple.
