A fragrant, coconut curry sauce. We use tonnes of turmeric and a hint of Kashmiri chilli - the perfect partner for coconut. Perfect when paired with chicken, prawns, pork or veg.

This is about as fresh as ready-made cooking sauces get. A rich tomato and coconut base is balanced with a hit of tanginess. We've packed in the turmeric and used Kashmiri chilli powder, which gives a medium heat.

We love pairing this sauce with pan-fried king prawns but it works with so much more... as a sauce for chicken or fish curry and makes a delicious mild alternative to Vindaloo when added to pork.

    Ingredients: Tomato Puree, Water, Onion, Coconut Cream (9%) (Coconut Extract, Water), White Grape Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Kashmiri Chilli (0.25%), Turmeric.

    Nutrition per 100g: Energy 89kcal / 369kJ, Fat 6.7g (of which saturates 5.8g), Carbohydrate 5.6g (of which sugars 3.3g), Protein 2.0g, Salt 1.28g.
