This sauce is for anyone who loves mustard! Known as "Carolina Gold" in the USA, this is a tangy mustard BBQ sauce. Best friend of pulled pork and awesome on a salad. Great mopped onto meat during cooking or dropped on your plate as a condiment.

Inspired by one of the famous South Carolina BBQ sauces, our Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce is made using mustard grown locally to us in Norfolk. We blend mustard with sweet smoked paprika, a load of garlic and the perfect level of vinegar for a smooth, sweet BBQ sauce with a huge tangy kick.

Ingredients: American Style Mustard (50%) (water, spirit vinegar, MUSTARD flour, MUSTARD bran, sea salt, spices garlic), White Grape Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic (5%), Tamari (water, SOYBEANS, salt, spirit vinegar), Salt, Spices (see allergens in BOLD).

Storage information

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
