Mushroom Ketchup

This is an old-school autumnal Sauce Shop recipe that needed reviving! Expect a big hit of spiced mushroom complemented by a tangy sweetness from tomatoes and garlic, with subtle black pepper heat to finish.

Pair this with red meats, or add a spoonful to gravies for an instant flavour upgrade.

Storage Information

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
