Dark cherry sweetness combined with a subtle hit of bourbon makes this a rather special sauce. 

This is another level of BBQ sauce. It's not as smoky as our Original BBQ Sauce, it's richer and has a deep cherry flavour. We use dark cherries for an extra fruity flavour, complimented by the warming, woody flavour of Bourbon. The sauce is balanced with a blend of spices, including smoked paprika, which adds to all the warmth.

Our Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce makes the perfect glaze for red meats and chicken. The dark stone fruit flavour means this sauce also works on Asian dishes and can be used instead of hoi sin sauce in duck wraps.

Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and use within 12 weeks. Shake well before use.
